Dana Jolly, BSN, RN, LNCC

Since 2002, Ms. Jolly has built a successful independent legal nurse consulting practice. She began as an expert witness and developed her practice to include background work for both defense and plaintiff clients. Currently, she does primarily background work. Ms. Jolly became board certified in legal nurse consulting in 2005.

After earning her bachelor of science in nursing from Clemson University, Ms. Jolly has been practicing as a registered nurse for twenty years. Her diverse clinical background includes oncology research, IV therapy, surgical trauma intensive care, cardiac surgery intensive care and post anesthesia care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. Ms. Jolly’s educational experience is as a clinical coordinator for nursing education, ACLS instructor and lecturer on clinical and legal nurse consulting topics.

Ms. Jolly is active in various professional organizations. She served as President of the Central Virginia Chapter of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants in 2006 and remains on their Board of Directors.

Angela M. Duke-Haynes, RN

Mrs. Duke-Haynes is an experienced legal nurse consultant with seven years of independent health care and legal nurse consulting experience covering a broad range of cases including personal injury case, medical malpractice, criminal and product liability. She specializes in nursing home litigation, including behind the scenes consulting, expert review and testimony. Her broad base of clinical nursing experience consists of long term care, home health, medical surgical nursing, education, hospice care and performance improvement.

Prior to legal nurse consulting, she served as the Director of Nursing in both a long term care facility and home health care agency. In addition to working full time as an independent legal nurse consultant, Mrs. Duke-Haynes remains clinically active in long term care and also consults with home health care and medical equipment organizations assist them in their preparation for JCAHO or CHAP accreditation by creating and implementing a plan of action to ensure they meet the regulatory standards.

Additionally, she is involved with various professional organizations and is currently serving as President of the Central Virginia Chapter of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
